Spice up your date night with a delectable semi-buffet spread prepared by our Chefs and pair it along with a flight of three incredible gin and tonics specially curated by Conrad’s master mixologist – a combination that’s bound to leave your date swooning with delight.


Highlights for the Couples Valentine’s Dinner include:

• Oyster Platter served with Lemon and Lime Wedges, Shallot Mignonette, Thousand Island and Tabasco

Live Stations:
• Slow Braised Beef Brisket, Sautéed White Asparagus, Confit Potato and Foie Gras Jus
Crepe Suzette served with Vanilla and Chocolate Ice Cream 

Choice of Entree:
• Signature Chicken Scallopini served with Mashed Potatoes, Wild Mushroom and Asparagus 
• Lobster Tagliatelle served with Butter, Garlic, Chili, Crustacean Bisque and Parsley
• Chermoula Spiced Cottage Cheese Steak served with Saffron Creamy Polenta and Cheese Fondue
