More seafood galore awaits for you at our outdoor charcoal grill in the form of rock lobster marinated with a blend of Creole spice cooked to perfection and moreish garlicky jumbo clams.

Staying true to the nation’s love affair with oysters our chefs have procured these aphrodisiac snacks from Australia, Canada, France, Ireland and Scotland.  A drizzle of our special shallot vinegar only further enhance the mineral flavour from the oysters to create a lovely sweetness on your palate.

If you just can’t resist the silky delights of foie gras, you are in luck as our chefs will also be dishing out endless pan fried foie gras complimented with a yuzu gel and slow roast fig. Yummy is the word! Making a grand debut is our chef’s duck ragout crêpe finished with port wine berry jus.

Tickle your taste buds with the bold flavours and tantalising spices of our new mala stir-fry live station. Not for the faint-hearted, experiment and choose from a selection of fresh ingredients before our chef cooks up the dish in accordance to your preference.

What’s more, we have signature egg dishes and sliders of the day cooked a la minute at the live stations.
