Oscar’s brings back Local Delights to its buffet line in celebration of Singapore’s 52nd National Day. This year will be the first time the king of fruits will be introduced as part of the dessert buffet spread. Indulge in fresh whole durian fruits opened ala minute (available for Dinner only), Durian Pengat with Gula Melaka, or catch chefs-in-action at the Durian Pancake station.
Tuck into a tantalising array of local favourites such as Kambing Sup, Kam Heong Crab, Udang Masak Sambal Tumis, Ayam Buah Keluak, Dry Bak Kut Teh, Ekor Masak Kicap Pedas, Oyster Omelette, Mee Siam, and a selection of Cantonese roast meats from Duck, Char Siew, Crispy Pork Belly to Whole Suckling Pig (available on Friday/Saturday). Other local-inspired desserts include Black Glutinous Rice Crème Brulee, Pisang Mas Tartlet, and Bubur Cha Cha Panacotta.
