Calling all Whisky enthusiasts, join us as we bring to you a special Penderyn Whisky Dinner hosted by Spirits Castle in conjunction with Penderyn’s Brand Ambassador.

Excite your taste buds with a flight of three Penderyn Dragon Selection’s Whisky before indulging in a five-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Mandar – with each course specially curated to pair with each of the five distinctive types of Penderyn Gold Single Malt Whisky.


Our Penderyn Whisky Dinner menu includes:
• Salmon with Carpaccio, Ikura, Murcott Mandarin, Dill, Fennel flowers and Cucumber (paired with Penderyn Gold Single Malt Whisky – Madeira)
• Pork Belly with Coffee, Sage Flower, Shichimi, Cauliflower Puree and Iberico Dust (paired with Penderyn Gold Single Malt Whisky – Sherry Wood)
• Crab served with Toast, Tender Coconut, Raw Mango, Asian Herbs and Papaya Relish (paired with Penderyn Gold Single Malt Whisky – Rich Oak)
• Beef Brisket with Foie Gras, Saffron Polenta and Shiso Flower (paired with Penderyn Gold Single Malt Whisky – Peated)
• Chocolate served in seven textures with Raspberry Sorbet (paired with Penderyn Gold Single Malt Whisky – Portwood)


Lastly, complete the meal with a special concoction – created using our signature cocktail with one of Penderyn’s Whisky.
