"ZONG ZI" FESTIVAL

 

The Dragonboat Festival is back again. Apart from our popular mainstay, the Traditional Hong Kong Style Rice Dumpling, our innovative Golden Peony kitchen has added their own twist to the traditional “Zong Zi” flavours. This year’s offerings include the Singapore Chilli Crab, Prawn and Whole Bedford Scallop Rice Dumpling and Chinese Wine Sakura Chicken, Salted Egg Yolk Rice Dumpling. If you’re looking for something on the healthier side, the Morel Mushroom, Black Garlic Vegetarian Multigrain Rice Dumpling will fulfill your cravings. Or to satisfy a sweet tooth, try our Jujubes Rice Dumpling.

These little pyramids of succulent fillings encased in a glutinous rice exterior are gustatory parcels bursting with flavour.
